We are pleased to announce that one of our digital marketing tutors, Giulia Iannucci, has been awarded the title of Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) for her contribution to teaching and learning in higher education.
Giulia is a digital marketing and branding consultant with over 14 years’ experience working in the EU, Australia, Asia and the UK. The founder of her own business, Giulia loves training her clients and students on how to create and deliver compelling digital marketing strategies. In addition to her role as a digital marketing tutor with the Academy, Giulia also teaches at the Faculty of Business and Law at Kingston University.
The Higher Education Academy awards Associate Fellowship to professionals who demonstrate pedagogical and teaching best practice and update their skills to the highest standards to meet the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) for teaching and supporting learning in higher education.
Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy demonstrates Giulia’s extensive professional practice in higher education and contributes to her overall professional development. Giulia joins the prestigious network of over 93,000 Higher Education Academy Fellows around the world.
Upon receiving her award, Giulia said: “I’m simply elated that I’ve been awarded the HEA Fellowship. I have been teaching and conducting training for years and receiving this endorsement from a body as significant as the HEA is an important recognition of my passion for teaching. Ultimately, I hope this Fellowship will help me find more opportunities to further develop my teaching skills.”
